Minutes of [12-April-2014] ITA Weekly Meeting

Good day,

As always, thank you so much for all those who attended the meeting.

For the very first time of ITA Team History (which is one month and 3 days), Google Hangout on Air was FULL last night and some members couldn't attend due to the limitation of Google Hangout (Max 10 are allowed to join at the very same time). While we're sorry that some couldn't attend, we can't hide our huge happiness because we're growing bigger in both quality and quantity.

Minutes of The Meeting
  1. Members of ITA Team 'must' read the log/minutes of the previous meeting.
  2. Members of ITA Team 'must' follow the instructions which have been communicated to all of them and submit the requested information within 24 hours. No excuses to be accepted.
  3. Members of ITA Team 'must' read this post as requested a week ago. No excuses whatsoever to be accepted at all.
  4. Failure to follow #1, #2 and #3 above means the team member is NOT serious and doesn't want to learn anything nor help the team to be better. This is totally against what has been agreed about and no doubt it is not accepted.
  5. Starting from next meeting, because we're more than 10 active members and due to the limitation of Google Hangout on Air, 'only' Team Leaders will be attending the weekly meetings. The Founders of ITA expect your full support in this regard. Team Leaders are requested to explain and communicate with the members of their team and they can host their own internal meetings together if required. This has been agreed long time ago. Dear Team Leaders, The Founders of ITA expect your full help and support.
  6. As suggested by Sarmed, Team Leader of Networking Sub-Team, we shall start publishing on our Facebook Page a series of 'Success Stories' for individuals or companies. We highly appreciate any idea that will improve the quality of our Facebook Page and spread the word of wisdom, science and technology.
  7. Each and every member of ITA Team is required to help our Facebook Page to reach out to more users on Facebook. It has been agreed that each member is require to help by: Like, Share and/or Comment. The Founders of ITA and The Admins of the Facebook Page are expecting your full help and support in this regard.
  8. Isra'a Ali, a member of ITA Graphics Design Team, has proposed a great idea which is a Demo (animation) for all the members of ITA Team. The Demo is 5-10 seconds slide for each member with his/her voice saying a motto of his/her liking and - if desired (NOT a must) - his/her picture OR Avatar to be shown along with their voices. We shall ask for a vote, as agreed. We'd like to thank Isra'a for her great idea.
  9. Starting from Next Week, NO further serious communications on the Facebook Group of ITA Team. Instead, our Team and Mailing List on Launchpad will be used instead. This is a MUST-DO step and no further discussion, excuse nor any exception to be accepted. This is for each and every member of the Team (Founders, Team Leaders and Members).
  10. ITA Team Facebook Group will be used to welcome the new members and take a vote for any idea/suggestion before any meeting, period. That is all. Also, to create the meetings events.
